Raul C. Hernandez He is the President of the Board and the former President of the World Packaging Organization and San Miguel Packaging Products. He was the Former Managing Head, Philippines’ Board of Investments and served as Former Undersecretary, Philippines’ Department of Trade and Industry. He has managed several companies in the Philippines and in other Asian countries. He has bagged awards for his professional contributions and accomplishments in both his professional career and advocacy initiatives. He has obtained further studies from Wharton and Harvard Universities in the USA. Jung-Joo Kim He is the Adviser from Korea and currently a Professor of Agricultural Economics and former Dean of Kon-Kuk University. He is also the former President of the Korean Society for Cooperative Studies and Korean Society for Ranch Farm Management Studies. He has done several research studies, presentations and publications on Agriculture and Cooperative Studies and received scholarship grants from the World Bank and other organizations in the USA and Germany. Dominador S. Tupaz, Jr. He is the Adviser from the Philippines and the Community Development Organizer for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship and Cooperativism. He has a Diploma in Theology and Philosophy, an MBA Degree and a Master’s Degree in Economics. He is a leading personality in the cooperative movement and community organizer both in the local and international scene. Elmo Custodio He is a Consultant and a former General Manager and COO of the Food Terminal, Inc. of the National Food Authority. He is a licensed Engineer and a Management and Technical Consultant of various international institutions and development organizations such as the UNDP and FAO. He was also a Chief Technical Advisor of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in Italy and East Africa. Pablito M. Villegas He is the Consultant for Agriculture and the President and CEO of Meganomics Specialists International, Inc. He is a multi-awarded professional and has consulted with various international organizations such as the World Bank and Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN. He is also the President and CEO of the Advanced Post-Harvest and Mechanization Technology Systems, Inc. (ADTECH) and the Fil-Agri Extruders and the Chairman of KASAMA Consultants’ Cooperative. Maximino M. Montenegro, DVM, MSc He is a Consultant and a Veterinary Doctor specializing in swine practice. He is a Veterinary Consultant for the Pig Improvement Company, Phil. Inc., Philippine Veterinary Drug Directory, Cargill Philippines and various commercial farms. He is also a former Professor and Chairman of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery in University of the Philippines-Diliman where he also obtained his Doctorate. He graduated with honors in M. Sc. in Animal Health in University of London and received local and international awards including the Best Practitioner for Swine in 1988. He is a member of different professional associations in the country and has done professional contributions including the 1st clinical and serological report of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea in the Philippines. Ma. Gladys Cruz-Sta Rita She is the author of Running A Bureaucracy: A Guidebook for Local Government Unit Administrators, Other Public Managers, and Elected Officials. She was Bulacan's Provincial Administrator for 17 years and Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator for 3 before her retirement from government service last June 2008. The book is a Centennial Publication of the University of the Philippines-National College of Public Administration and Governance. She was consultant to the USAID projects in the Philippines through the Health Policy Development Program of the UPecon Foundation before her appointment as EVP of SACFEI. She finished her AB degree and masteral degree candidacy in Economics at the University of the Philippines School of Economics in 1984 and 1986, respectively. In 2002, she completed her Certificate Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government at the Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University. In 2005, she received her masteral degree in Public Administration from the University of Regina Carmeli. Arturo A. Mondez He is the Business Planning Consultant and the former Vice President-Treasurer of the Manila Hotel Corporation and Consultant of Economic Development Foundation. He has also worked in Engineering Equipment Corporation as Treasury Group Manager and Corporate Planning Manager. He has an MBA candidate from the De La Salle University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in Ateneo De Manila University.
