Vision-Mission

NFEx is the physical and infrastructural expression of SACFEI’s vision of creating a strong middle-class community from among its primary clientele—farmers, fisherfolks, small and medium scale entrepreneurs, and Bulacan’s potent cooperative sector. Thus, SACFEI endeavors to provide the system, opportunity, and the infrastructure for the economic, physical, educational, cultural, and spiritual transformation of its stakeholders and beneficiaries.
